Suburban Cardiology Pc

Do not use this group. I've been going for years. No more. Joy-pardi is my cardiologist. Her NP came in my room once talking about a completely different patient. I let her hang herself until she figured out she had the wrong patient. First HIPAA violation Then a few years ago I passed out for absolutely no reason twice. My neurologist, ruled out neurology and said follow up with your cardiologist. What a joke. I called them three times and not day after day after day. I gave them a few days in between. I never got a call back. When I went from my appointment that year, I explained to the nurse practitioner what had happened and I wanted to speak to my cardiologist. He said never mind. I will tell her never got a call from her never ever even seen my cardiologist. The last time I went was

My partner had a medical emergency and needed to cancel her appointment same-day. While inconvenient for everyone involved, the scheduling interaction was exceptionally poor and the individual she interacted with was so rude that my partner was left in tears. I understand that most everyone these days is either overloaded or frustrated with the amount of work they have to do, but that’s entirely unacceptable. Avoid this place if you can.

They are horrible! I am still waiting on a call from Dr. Joy from two weeks ago after the head .nurse hung up on me. This after I insisted on speaking with my doctor. I was forced to file a complaint with their office manager. Two months ago they changed my meds without any follow up. I called a few times to make an appointment because the meds were making me sick. They told me they would reduce the meds only to lie and refuse to take me off of them. I am scheduled for a follow up in February of 2026, 3 months from now. Any physician would follow up within a few weeks to a month after introducing a new med. I was told to follow up with my primary. I do not trust Suburban Cardiology at all! I can see why they have a 2.7 rating!

Oh Lord… had I know it was rated a 2.7 I would have never booked an appointment. I arrived 20 minutes early due to new patient appointments can take longer. 1 receptionists the line 5 people ahead. I waited 1 hour before called. I noticed staff coming back late from lunch who happened to be the MA rooming me. She says I’m doing an ekg. I asked why since my primary sent the ekg over from last week. They alleged not getting the records. She didn't give me a gown just told me raise your dress up! Dr. Joy (very pleasant) comes in without reviewing chart or history and starts making recommendations. The visit was rushed and I forgot some valid information. I tried to tell MA who came back in to do the test. She responds oh you’ll have to get the doctors to send that information. I said Dr. Joy

Doctors didn’t seem to actually listen to you. Plus the one time an assistant took my blood pressure & wore her stethoscope the wrong way in her ears & hesitated when I asked what my blood pressure was, then said 118/78 so I know she didn’t hear anything & that was an incorrect pressure
