Suave Dental

My mother was seen at the clinic last week and I would like to highlight the excellent work of a young Latino staff member who assisted her. He was kind communicative and very respectful. He even played nice music to help her relax, helped her manage her nerves and made the experience truly pleasant. People like him really make a difference. More people like him are definitely needed!

I’m so grateful I found Suave dental! I’ve spent the past 3 years going from dentist to dentist being told either I needed a root canal and they couldn’t do it because they didn’t accept Dentical or simply searching for a dentist that accepted Dentical after I found them on the list that said they do and then come to find out they don’t. Then I found Suave. They got me in quickly for an appointment, and then come to find out I didn’t even need a root canal! It was just a cavity. And the doctor saw that I needed a new upper denture and a lower partial which no other dentist took the time to notice. When it was time for my appointment they called to get me in early, which was great! And when I arrived I was brought back almost immediately! The doctor was gentle and I felt safe throughout the

Very unprofessional. My appointment was canceled twice (once when I was already on my way), and today, after waiting 30 minutes inside the exam room, I was informed that the doctor would not be arriving due to another “family emergency.” I have lost work hours and even an entire day because of their lack of organization. There is no respect for patients’ time. I do want to mention that the staff is kind, but poor planning completely affects the overall experience.

First time patient went in for a cleaning and X-rays. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They answered all my questions with a smile. Thanks Suave Dental for getting me in for an appointment quickly. Edit: Shortly after my cleaning I had another appointment for a temp/permanent crown on tooth 24. I don't remember names that well but the main dentist who ground the tooth down did an amazing job. It looks fantastic, perfect shading and fit. Completely flush with my gums. No issues whatsoever. They gave me a temp crown that I had in for about 2 weeks. The permanent crown appointment took maybe 20 minutes. I'm extremely happy with it I will post photo soon from my mobile device.Thank you Suave for making the dentist a comfortable place to be and excellent work.

I went in to get a double root Canal and they where extremely unprofessional, I went in for a consultation to start, they did X-rays and the doctor I consulted with seemed nice so I came back to get the procedure done. That's when the nightmare began, I came in at 8:30AM and waited a whole hour to be seated then a nother 30 mins before an assistant came in to tell me my doctor who Consulted with me does not do root Canals on molers and waited until now to tell me. so, I had to wait until 1 PM to be seen by the doctor who does. (Luckily or unlucky I took the whole day off and came back in at 1:00PM to get it done) As you can probably guess I wasn't seated untell 2:00 and the doctor didn't come in until 2:30.
