I have been working with Studio 360 for 5 years now. The quality, service and communication has always been 5 Stars. Completely digital from scanning to monitoring our cases on their website to communicating detailed fabrication notes! Cases are fabricated and delivered with first rate service and quickly. Great office and things have been improving! They had an issue with the telephone system before so there were some delays about an year ago. That is probably why there were some lower rating reviews. However, all of that has been resolved and I'm glad things have been getting much better. Labs are always on time and the customer service representatives are all very helpful and sweet. Scott is a great leader and seems to really care about the doctors that are working with him as he is quick with his response. Never really had a problem with the crowns and dentures we get from him. If there were any problems, the lab is quick to try to fix it for us. Highly recommend this lab!

I’ve been working with Studio 370 Dental Lab since 5 years. My absolute favorite thing is the convenience, ease and simplicity of the whole transaction with the attention to detail. To start things, I feel they readily supply the office with shipping supplies and labels making it very convenient to send cases, even though they are located in a whole different part of the country. FedEx is prompt with picking up cases daily. Then the cases are easily trackable electronically at any time via their website. I feel them using the latest CAD CAM designs for fixed prosthetics cases helps me envision the end result of the case and improves the predictability. They are compatible with scanners also which modernizes everything, I use MEDIT scanner. The cases are back well inside of the expected ret

We have used this lab for 5 years now. They put out great products, fast turn around, great communication, and best of all competitive prices. They also stand behind their work, any time we have had to remake anything made by their lab they have done so without charge. Not a lot of labs do that. I cannot recommend Scott and the rest of the lab enough!
