Student Health Center (SHC)

I went into the urgent care after passing out and hitting my head on the corner of a table. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the nurses were so kind! They got me cleaned up and took my vitals while making me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I ended up needing staples in my head to close the wound. The Doctor was so easygoing and relaxed my nerves. He explained everything in a way that was less scary and gave me no need to worry. After numbing I felt no pain as I was stapled up! It was a great experience!

My experience was awesome. I really felt confident and taken care of while I was doing my physical exam. The doctors and nurses are well prepared and trained people that are aware of the patient’s needs. They work towards meeting those needs in a way that makes you feel comfortable.

I actually had a really good experience! The staff were all super friendly and I felt that my doctor, Dr. Dalton, had a genuine concern and interest in my health. She was super helpful in determining what what going on and what I needed to do moving forward

I was in there to get a New Zealand Visa and Dr. Keith Willmore was very polite and sensitive. He explained everything very well and I felt comfortable. He’s a nice guy, he asked about my life and made jokes! I would recommend him.

It was super easy, quick, and all the employees were very nice! I walked in to do mission shots and it was easier than I thought! They even helped me figure out how to use my mission portal to log my immunizations! Very helpful and useful process!
