Stuart's Pharmacy

As a Massapequa native I lifelong love Stuart’s. It’s genuinely fun browsing around here and everyone who works here is just a lovely human in my experience. I don’t know her name but whoever helped me tonight was such a light. She was wearing heels 👠 🌟

Usually I would rank this store a 4/5. I appreciate small business and I would rather spend money with them instead of the big chains with no customer service. However, I was really disappointed that I could go to the counter and pay for all of my items and the cashier couldn’t stop her own personal conversation (and she’s older and knows better) to address me. No hello. No thanks for shopping with us. No do you need anything else. Nada- just acted like she was annoyed I was interrupting what she had going on. If I wanted that I could go to the chain stores.

This pharmacy has a little bit of everything! I and my family have been using it for decades. Since I was a child and I’m now 45! And I cannot say enough about the pharmacy itself. I take many different and uncommon medications at times and they almost always carry them all, and if they don’t they order it in right away. Marcos specifically has been extra helpful to me over the years as well as my father who has recently passed on, whether it’s with my many back and forth phone calls between him and my doctors and my insurance company, or just with me asking any question I have for him. I haven’t had it easy which he knows and understands and he does whatever he can to help me in the situation I’m in. I will be forever grateful for his help and kindness in my life as it can be an everyday

Stuart’s Pharmacy is incredible. My child was very sick and needed a rare, high-dose medicine no other pharmacy had. His meds tasted so bad and he had to take so much of it, he was having a hard time taking it. Stuart’s compounded it so he only had to take 2ml instead of 20ml and made it taste better! The staff is kind, compassionate, and truly care.
