James, the pharmacist, is wonderful. I had a problem and he helped with it. He's very nice, attentive, patient and very knowledgeable. He goes out of his way to help you.

At first I did not have the best experience here. Things were unorganized and communication was not great. However the owner James had heard me and has made me and my daughter a priority when it comes to my daughter’s medicine. He rectified the situation and continues to keep his word that we would not have to worry anymore in regards to having her medicine on time and if there was anything that could delay it he will notify me prior to make sure we can find another alternative. I respect him and his business and am happy I stood with them. Communication and understanding is key and they do work very hard to rectify any situation that makes customers feel they are not getting that. That speaks.

I used this pharmacy for compounding several years ago with no problem. Recently I inquired about filling a new prescription. I was told it would be ready the next day after 5:00 pm. When I went in at 5:00 I was told the prescription wasn’t filled because they were waiting for a call back from my vet. No phone call to advise me of the delay. Since they close at 6:00, the prescription wouldn’t be filled that day and it possibly wouldn’t be filled for another 48 hours. There exact words, “no guarantee it will be filled tomorrow.” I went across the border to a compounding pharmacy in Jersey and had it filled the next morning. Customer service has gone down hill.
