Dr. Khurana and the entire team at Strong Ties are absolutely incredible. She is so thorough in her explanations and obviously very caring. There was no pressure for us to release our son’s tongue tie that day, but we felt so comfortable with Dr. Khurana and her team that we went ahead and did it. We’ve also worked closely with one of their lactation consultants (both pre and post release of our son’s tongue tie), Jocelyn, who is equally amazing!

I cannot say enough good about the Strong Ties team! They are compassionate, friendly, and unbelievably supportive. They didn’t require my son to have the vitamin k shot since he was older than six weeks (which was important to me) and the out-of-pocket cost was comparable to the other places we looked at. We were recommended Dr. K and her team through our IBCLC and thank goodness for that. Our son was born with a tongue and lip tie that was affecting his ability or breastfeed. It was also very painful for me. He was evaluated and the team was able to do the procedure same day. The entire time we felt extremely comfortable. Barbara spent over 30 minutes with us teaching us how to do his after care activities and we a IBCLC come visit us to check in prior to us going home. Barbara followed up that night and continued to reach out to ensure our son was healing appropriately. At each follow up visit with Dr. K we felt safe and valued. Dr Khurana and her team are incredible! We had a very tough case of oral ties for our baby. We decided to work with Dr Khurana to remove them and the results are life changing. We feel so much more at ease knowing our daughter is set up for better oral health and jaw development with greatly improved tongue function. Dr Khurana and team were so attentive, kind, and thorough. We had to get a revision due to genetic challenges, and they checked in with us daily to ensure success. They even went above and beyond to help connect me to other supportive providers when I was struggling with my own jaw issues. We are forever grateful to them!

Dr. Khurana and her team were absolutely amazing! We had a consult with her for our son’s tongue tie and she actually found that he also had a lip tie which was undiagnosed at first. She didn’t push for a procedure but she gave us all the information to make an informed decision and she was such a breath of fresh air! We were nervous about our little guy undergoing this procedure as we didn’t have a good experience elsewhere with our first baby.
