Strive Compounding Pharmacy

I have been trying to refill my prescription for some time now. Strive is making my doctor fill out a new provider form because she has not prescribed at their pharmacy before, even though it’s from the same practice as my previous referring provider. Graciously, my doctor has filled out this form. Since I had not received notification that the prescription is being filled, I called to check status. The operator refused to tell me whether or not they received the form, stating that it is handled by a different department. I asked to be transferred to that department and the operator refused. Unfortunately, I have also been informed that I now have to wait until Strive decides to contact my physician to give final authorization for them as a provider, if they even have the form! I hate to say this but this place is being run by a very inept group of people both at the desk and in the lab. The amount of times my doctor had to call to verify the same exact Rx became very frustrating. I had to fight and argue about my Rx all the time and it shouldn't be this hard. Dosing would change and they couldn't keep track. Read some of the recent reviews and you'll understand. Not sure anyone knows what they're doing ever since they became Strive. Y'all sold out. Leesburg isnt producing scripts and we've been told "2 more weeks" for their lab to open for over a year. The scripts are coming from Arizona now and charging a hefty fee for shipping. There's a reason I went with a local pharmacy and it was to not pay shipping costs. But the worst part is truly in the formulas.

I spoke to Karen yesterday afternoon about a new prescription and my concern about whether I would receive it before leaving town for a trip. She agreed to do everything she could to expedite it. Within minutes I received notification of shipment and it arrived this morning. I’m thrilled and grateful for her support and service and all who worked to make this happen.. She is an outstanding resource for Strive. Thank you for a wonderful first impression!

If i could give zero stars i would. This place was taken over by strive and it appears they have hired only idiots to run the place now. They endlessly tell you they can’t fill a prescription although my veterinarian has called them 4 times now. They text you they need more info but won’t tell what info they need. Just had to place yet another call to my vet’s office asking them to call them once again. It’s a prescription my dog has had for 3 years, nothing new. The level of incompetence now over there is stunning. Never had that problem before strive bought them and drove the business into the ground. My vet’s office is going to give us a new compounding center to use as they have received overwhelming reports of the same experience i have had. Good luck staying in business, Strive. Unle

I've been trying to get an RX filled since January 5th. My doctor has contacted them twice with refill authorization, but Strive claims they have not been contacted. They claim the doctor must have spoken to an "off-site" pharmacist? I have no idea what is going on at this location, but it is a huge downgrade from the Leesburg Compounding Center. This is the second time I've had a problem getting refills from this pharmacy. At this point, I have completely run out of medication and have no idea when and if it will be filled.
