Strive Compounding Pharmacy

I'm so grateful for Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert Arizona! Their products have improved my health tremendously! Today I spoke with Keona T and she was so kind, compassionate and empathetic... Everything someone needs in stressful times! I recommend this compounding pharmacy to anyone looking for professionalism, quality and compassion!

Ashley was great! She was extremely nice, explained the shipping process, check into the status of my order and about how long before I would receive it. Also added, if I need or have any additional questions, they are always there to help. Wonderful customer service. Thanks 😊 again!

This has now happened twice. I have to skip my dosage because of the lack of communication on the pharmacy to patient. I was told I can use tap to pay so I took time off work to drive 45 minutes down there to be told no they don’t take tap to pay since my card was damaged. So not only do I have to miss my dosage I also missed work. The last time I was told by a staff member I could do pickup on a Saturday and after multiple times ensuring they are open when I drove down there. It was closed. Extremely upset and looking into other pharmacies. Staff needs to do a lot better.

I really have enjoyed using Strive Pharmacy, for the most part. Ive been using them for 2 years. The only trouble I run into is, im sure, tech issues and under staffed/extremely busy. I use to receive my refill reminders every 3 weeks by text, pay by text, then get texted to pickup/when it was shipped. It was so easy, convenient and I never went without meds/always had my refills on time. Absolutely loved it. About 3 months ago I stopped receiving refill reminders consistently. When I did receive them on time (3 week mark), id fill, pay for the med, then be informed it was going to take 10 - 14 days.. which resulted in me missing my med /being without it for up to a a week at times. Cant seem to get a response when I text anymore. The location is great. Customer service is great. Hop
