I highly recommend Dr. Matt Contino and his team of physical therapists at Stride Physical Therapy on Sand Lake Road in Orlando, Florida. I’ve personally dealt with several sports-related injuries, as have my athletically inclined family members, and his approach to strength training, conditioning, and overall wellness is both brilliant and effective. Matt has the expertise, the latest equipment, and an excellent practice that consistently delivers desired results. I am so grateful that our spectacular family orthopedist, Dr. Tom Winters, introduced us to Stride for non-surgical recovery and pain relief.
