1.In the clinic check-in was front decks wasn’t ready to check a patient. 2. Medical assistant wasn’t trained and prepared. 3. Nurse practitioner Aminata Tounkara Was argumentative She insisted client hasn’t been seen at stride clinic His A1c hasn’t been done since August 2024 She doesn’t see it in his chart. I said yes, you’re right you don’t see it. I didn’t see it either in his chart but he’s been seen even recently this year. They did A1c. She stated she doesn’t wanna hear if we want a Care we can sit and let her do that care if we don’t want we should We used to stay Later, on after all the exam’s done, Client complain his short of breath when he walks She said you need to lose weight if she’s giving you food don’t eat it. She requested A1C to be checked We waited they gave us a paper

Terrible service, nobody was there and they told me they couldn't help me because they had appointments .They had me wait an hour Unprofessional.

Dr. Gonzales is very compassionate, caring and she is very thorough in making sure that she addresses every concerns and follow ups necessary even beyond what the main concern is for the visit. She consistently shows that she knows her patients really well and she tailors the care plans not only on her knowledge as a doctor but also based on the patients’ feedback about the care plan results. She is always going above and beyond our expectations! My mom’s health continuously improves under her care. 😊

I have loved Stride as a whole for many years now. They are always there for my family. While the appointment times are admittedly short, this is how they give high-quality health care too many. It also keeps health issues at the forefront. While vaccines are on the list one day, I can get into another appt quickly for other conversations. I think this is a great model. The Dr.s are typically great, I've had one bad egg she was just uninvolved. That's one out of about 50 my family of 6 has come in contact with and I never saw her again. I won't say which docs are the best because I'll never get an appointment 🤣 I will say there are so many great caregivers in this network that it won't matter and now that they finally switched to a new computer network it's getting easier to get connected.

As a Medicaid insured person I receive kinder and more comprehensive care than I’ve ever received in the past 40years that I was on commercial insurances through former employers. Thanks, Lori p.s. the lab lady is great! Very nice!
