Stretch Zone

Never answers the phone. Stay away. They will charge you and steal your money. Can’t make an appointment or talk to anyone working at either Venice Sarasota or UTC. Not sure how they can be in business being with such a short staff. Just stopped by during business hours again and they are closed. How can a company consistently charge and hav no open hours. This is a fraudulent company. DO NOT USE THEM

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STRETCH ZONE. MAKI THE OWNER WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY and the store is never open. They have ZERO customer service. Auto payments will keep being pulled from your account. The owner Only will communicate via email. they have stolen ove $2400 From me. I went into the store looking to speak with a manager. Chris the stretcherr will laugh in your face and refuse to help. The client he was stretching at the time even had issues with the owner Maki. Maki does not respond to request to speak with her. I also spoke with Brittnay at the corprate and she was ZERO help. The rule for this company is that the Owner is the only one who will be able to refund. Well the owner is ABSENTEE and does not reply. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STRETCH ZONE

Josh has been amazing at his job of stretching . Too bad he is leaving. And no response to cancelling my membership is super frustrating. How can you recommend a business who doesn’t answer emails ?

I cancel my membership last month and they still charge me! And this is not cheap! Soo disappointed! They told that any changes I can do through the app, but book session is problematic and cancel membership looks like impossible!

RIP OFF !!! Joined in Aug and paid my 3 months, the doors were locked in Oct. Tried contacting them, but no response. I'm out $225. During my visits there when they were actually open, the place was poorly run. Save your money !!!
