I had insane lower back pain after moving (lifting heavy boxes, bending, etc.) plus momming a toddler, to the point where I couldn't sleep because lying down was so uncomfortable. I tried baths with epsom salts, ibuprofen, even sleeping on the floor, but the pain was persistent. I finally decided to search out a massage therapist in my new neighborhood and found Stretch. Honestly, I was leery of the limited reviews; the only reason I selected them over Hand and Stone and Reames Integrative Wellness was because they had same-day availability... but it must've been fate; I am SO glad to have landed on the doorstep of Stretch Health!
