Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! The staff truly care about your comfort and well-being. You can tell they’re passionate about what they do. Every detail — from the warm towels to the soothing music — made the experience perfect. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and pain-free. I’ll definitely be a regular here!

Husband and I did the Romance Package for our anniversary. It was very nice. Side by side massages, light snack/wine and then outstanding foot scrub/massage. The therapists were both exceptional.

I made an appointment while staying in Deadwood for the 2025 Sturgis motorcycle rally. These folks took me in immediately as I was having issues with my lower back and extreme pain running down my leg (IT band). The young lady did an outstanding job working the areas that needed attention. I felt so much better after the hour session and I was able to walk with little to no pain when my session was over. My husband and I love coming to the Stress Relief Spa in Deadwood! We love getting couples massage here. Separate enough to enjoy our own massages but close enough to still feel like we are doing it together. The staff is always amazing and we’ve had nothing but great massages here!
