The environment is very peaceful and my massage therapist made sure I was comfortable with my first full body massage and she was SO professional. She has many essential oils and she is happy to give you information about what oils are best for your health. She is a wonderful person with an amazing business. There are also many other health benefiting activities to do there like biomat, infrared sauna, salt room and more!!

I have been coming to Stress Recess for massage nearly 15 years. Char gives a deep tissue massage which is enhanced by therapeutic oils and the application of foot warmers, an eye mask, and warm towels. She creates a wonderful relaxing atmosphere in the massage room, which features a wood-burning stove in winter, and has a lovely view over a long stretch of lawn and evergreen trees while gentle music plays in the background. She always begins each session by asking what areas need attention, how you feel, etc. Char believes in the healing power of touch and she delivers.
