Dr. Michelle is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable, intuitive and creates an atmosphere that is safe and welcoming! The plan she gave me to help repair my abdominal separation (that happened with my pregnancies years ago) is working incredibly. I tried multiple online programs but it has been her hands on approach that is specific to me that has made all the difference!

I highly recommend Michelle at Strength Within! I sought out physical therapy because of back and neck pain I was experiencing postpartum. I felt relief after the first session and rarely have pain now after only three sessions with Michelle. She gave me easy to understand movements and exercises to work on between sessions. She also made me feel super comfortable and welcome during each session. I looked forward to going each time and enjoyed the conversations. I am so happy I found her!!

Michelle is a gem of a human and so good at what she does! She provided me with just the right amount information, compassion and empathy to help start to heal my very complicated relationship with movement. As someone who lives in a larger body, she was also so attentive to that part of my experience and always helped me feel comfortable and safe, which is so rare in this field.
