Their rule that your first visit as a new patient cannot count as an annual wellness visit is frustrating and feels like a way to charge you for extra appointments. If you come in needing to address something specific, be prepared to pay for an additional visit on top of it. On top of that, don't expect to actually see Dr. Farooq — most of the time you'll be seen by interns or other staff instead. If you're looking for consistent, direct care from the doctor you're scheduling with, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

This doctor has been my parents family doctor for so long. It’s been nice but today Dr Marisa Campana was really rude. My dad was throwing up consistently so i came to the clinic for some medications. I don’t understand why she said to me you don’t have to come here if he is throwing up. He needs zofran which is only prescribed by a physician. What was i suppose to do just leave him be at home. He was consistently throwing up. And she said shouldn’t have come here. Like what kind of doctor are you. I get it healthcare is burned out and all, but i would definitely have some respect for the patients. I am a nurse as well, burned out too but i never talk to my patients in this way like don't come here. I am changing my parents PCP now.

The front lady, 🚨I found her very rude and miserable and she yelled at me on the phone. Ive been waiting 3 weeks for them to email my employer a signed doctors note after passing their physical. No one take 3 weeks to get it. I was looking for new primary care since I moved from New York and all I get from them is “well do it today” or “we’re very busy” and can’t push a few buttons to send an email. Very unprofessional, please looks elsewhere.

Service is poor at best. They schedule an appointment but it takes 2 hours till you see the doctor. Absolutely no consideration for patients. No point in making an appointment since they don’t get you in anywhere close to when your appointment is. Worst service ever!!!! Gets worse every appointment.

I was here 2yrs ago, when doc asked me if I had chicken pox, I said YES. After 2 yrs I came to same doctor, and he asked me same question about chicken pox, I asked him what is “chicken pox” he said it’s white dots on ur body I realized that I’ve never had white dots on my skin, he says 2 years ago u said that u had chicken pox. I googled and it’s red dots on body, I said yes I had chicken pox when I was kid, he says u changing the storie we have to put u vaccine, I refused. Doc says we cannot complete the exam, I said then I can’t complete my payment. After he was threatens that he’ll call immigration service and complain on me.
