Straub Benioff Medical Center Doctors on Call at Sheraton Waikiki

Staff see no issue parking their company vans in handicap access isles. When confronted employee was more concerned about parking close to load his boxes than disabled persons being able to get in / out of their cars. Great to see this attitude from a Healthcare company.

Excellent care! Visiting from mainland, when wife and I required care. Walked-in staff was caring and professional. Nurse very knowledgeable and professional. Doctor quickly assessed and diagnosed. Doctor addressed all concerns and explained everything-did not rush examination, which gave us comfort. From time we walked in as new patients to leaving the clinic was under an hour. This is my go to clinic. Mahalo 🤙

Treated both my kids in different occasions and my wife soon after without any issues. Pharmacy is located right around the corner and it’s opened 24/7. Couldn’t have asked for a better service! Thank you for everything.

I’ve taken my daughter here twice and had great service both times. Her pediatrician is at the Kailua Straub, but both times we needed urgent care on a Sunday when neither the Kailua nor the Hawaii Kai locations are open. You’ll want to make to park in the Sheraton parking lot, not the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center, in order to get validated parking - I posted a photo of what the Sheraton parking entrance looks like. To get to the clinic, you’ll want to proceed down one of the staircases to the right of the hotel lobby entrance. Once your visit is complete, be sure to ask the person at the front desk to validate your parking!

It says open. They dont actually staff with medical personnel. They sometimes do, sometimes its just someone who sets you up in a room for a televisit. I could have just done this at home. I wanted a doctor to see me. Friendly staff. Disappointed in lack of actual medical staff.
