We had a huge turn over in office as soon as I started working, for the first time ever in the dental field, and I know that I wouldn't be where I am without the Dental Academy. Especially without Courtney and Cheryl! They saved us on so many levels, and use what they have taught us every single day. They are truly the best!!

I recently took the COB and EOB online classes with SPS Dental Academy. I am a hygienist who also works with dental insurance. I felt I was missing some more detailed background history regarding coordination of benefits and explanation of benefits to be able to set myself up for success overall as a dedicated employee. I could not have been more pleased with how their trainings were set up , interactive, taught the detail behind why both are crucial and essential to set your office and patients up for success as well. It took you through step by step and showed examples, misunderstanding concepts from the patients perspective as well as suggestions on how to communicate more efficiently about the topics to your patients. These classes are great for a detailed refresher for anyone current

I had been out of the dental field for 20 years and wanted to restart my career as a dental assistant but I felt that my skills were a bit rusty and wanted to be up to date and this course was exactly what I needed. It was a great refresher on safety, anatomy, techniques etc but most especially Michelle was so encouraging and supportive. I really felt unsure about going back after so many years but she reinforced things I knew and showed me some very helpful new techniques. Today at my new job I did my first fmx in 20 years!!!! It was incredibly rewarding. They turned out very well and Dr was very pleased. Would definitely recommend this course to anyone looking to have this credential.

I have taken a few courses with SPS and have been impressed each time from in person training to online courses, they have all been great. The ladies are very informative and knowledgeable in all aspects.

SPS has changed the course of my future in the most positive way ever! Our instructor really cares about her students ontop of having such a passion for dentistry. If you are unsure if SPS is right for you.. It is! Learning in class aswell in clinic getting to be hands on really helped me develop the skills needed to be a great dental assistant.
