I recently started going to Straight Set Orthodontics and had a really great experience. The office is very welcoming, modern, and honestly just really cute which makes the whole visit feel comfortable. Kelly put on my braces and was very kind and easy to talk to. She made the appointment feel relaxed and helped me feel a lot more at ease throughout the process. Gabriela helped with my scans and walked me through my contract. She was very helpful and explained everything clearly, and she had such a friendly and positive attitude. They even gave me a super cute gift bag with a notebook, pen, sticker, and my little kit with a toothbrush and wax. The intake specialist, Gaby, welcomed me, collected my information, took my X-rays, and answered every question and concern I had — down to a TEA ( persist ) . Professionalism with personality is rare, and they nailed it. Then I met Maggie — the star of the show! She has a special confidence that instantly makes you feel you’re in the right hands. She welcomed me so warmly that I felt like I had known her for years. She made sure I felt comfortable, informed, and truly cared for the entire time. I had a great experience getting my Invisalign and attachments on last week! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind, which made the appointment feel easy. Maggie was especially wonderful—she explained everything clearly, made sure I was comfortable, and answered all of my questions.
