I am so pleased and so much at peace with the wonderful care they Igive my husband . He's a stroke patient and I cannot care for him at home by myself. Kitchen is spotless, rooms are clean, response is top or, staff indso kind and professional. ( The first few days I played lost and did my own inspection!) Other pat were clean and happy, other family members were happy with their loved ones care! Excellent care & service.

If I could give them a negative star, I would. The CNAs nearly killed my grandpa. We found out that they haven't been checking his blood sugar like they're supposed to, and he hasn't been eating because he hasn't been feeling good. They gave him his medicine, which nearly killed him or could have sent him to a diabetic coma. I work in healthcare as a MA. I deal with diabetic patients all the time, and it's crucial to check their blood sugar every time before administering insulin to ensure they absolutely need it. Whoever did this needs to be let go for medical neglect.

Concerned sister of resident. My sister does not have warm water in her room and hasn’t for months! There are also ants in her room and are even in her purse. There are ants on the floor around her furniture. I don’t feel these are satisfactory living conditions and hope will be corrected ASAP!!!

Worat place to send anyone to they have so many issue with staff and actually answering call lights. I have many times walked in the cnas are at the nurses station on their phone or outside smoking and their admin never comes out of her office to address these issues. Ants in many rooms and their water issues are horrible.

My mom passed away in November and I was informed that a refund would be forthcoming. It’s April and I’m still waiting on a refund that should have been sent within 30 days. After numerous attempts and apologies still no refund. While my mom was in their care, I informed the nursing staff that my mom was getting out of her wheelchair by herself. The reply I received was we can’t watch everyone. That week she fell out of her chair and cracked one of her ribs.
