I had my braces put on last Monday, and I’ve been really happy with my experience so far. From the moment I walked in for my consult and first appointment, the staff were welcoming, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain each step, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew what to expect afterward. Getting braces is never completely pain-free, but they were honest about that while still being very reassuring. They gave clear instructions for aftercare and were responsive when I had soreness and sensitivity during the first few days.
