Storm Lake Hearing Aid Service

Went in to have my hearing aids cleaned, checked and to see if any software updates were needed. Emily and Larry both greeted me as I entered with friendly smiles. Emily did a thorough job in addressing the service issues of my aids. We also discussed the newer options of hearing aids that just came out and what additional benefits they offered. Both Larry and Emily are very professional and it’s always been an enjoyable experience when I am there.

I visited this office today, and I’m happy to give them a full 5-star review. Emily greeted me the moment I arrived and made me feel welcome right away. She was friendly, professional, and very thorough. Larry, the audiologist, was exceptional—he took his time, explained each step of the process, and was incredibly kind and caring throughout the appointment. I truly felt like both Emily and Larry were focused on providing the best care possible. I left feeling informed, reassured, and extremely satisfied with my visit. I highly recommend this team!

I have had kind and complete service I just called a few minutes ago like 10 minutes before they’re supposed to close and they let me come in and they fix my hearing aids every time they need it Cleaning or whatever I do to them they fix it. They’ve been great to me. I’d recommend them to anybody that wants good service. God bless.

Starkeys hearing service is hands down the best hearing Aide service I've been to. They are very open about the products, cost. And the testing they do is thoroughly done. If you are ever in question about either the testing or hearing devices, they go through it all until you are happy with end results.
