Great pharmacy. Maddie is an exceptional pharmacist

Some months ago we switched from CVS and have been using Stop & Shop Bedford Street Stamford as our pharmacy. The difference is remarkable. The S&S staff are pleasant and they are available. At CVS we suffered long waits in line, diffident sales people and pharmacists with whom we never could speak. S&S pharmacy is so much better and affords an easier interaction.

I have been with Stop & Shop Pharmacy for over a decade. I absolutely love Steve. (Hence the one star for Steve). When it comes to the other female pharmacist, well I am currently working on removing myself having contacted several governmental oversight agencies. First off, when people need their prescriptions, they should not have to fear calling them in. Second, holding them past the 30 day mark because you are using your pharmacist "discretion" is illegal and unethical. (Hence the four empty stars for Sandra). Be careful with this pharmacy. No one should have this much power over another individuals rights and most importantly their health!

The staff here are absolutely amazing. Patient, KIND, attentive, everything. If you’re looking to switch from a major chain like me, do it. I know I can be annoying sometimes misplacing my Rx # yet they are always so patient with me. When I was really sick, they made sure the directions were clear and did not mind being on hold for however long it took. Forgive me if I’m not remembering names but literally all of them are amazing, especially the gentleman and the pharmacy manager. Thank you for being our lifeline, all of you. Thank you for making me feel safe, cared for & respected. Thank you for looking to give us the best deals with Good Rx and knowing that this country is really hard on uninsured people. I will take a page out of their playbook in terms of patience with my own job. I
