Zero stars. Covid patients mixed w main waiting room in ER. They deny it but i was in that room for 7 hrs. I was mortified. 7 hour wait in excruciating pain w kidney stones. Not fed for 3 days because food allergies are not a consideration in ER. Pregnant woman in car accident treated as non emergent and woman with literal hang nail on her toe was seen first. It's apparent to me that the people up in the Ivory Tower creating the policies do not know anything about emergency medicine the excuse that we are a stage 1 trauma unit does not release them from basic human dignity. You are a number & you don't mean a thing. They had the police surround a woman who was freaking out because she was treated like an animal for hours on end and she literally lost her mind. worst hospital ever, misdiagnosed and most of the staff are students learning on the fly. Doctor didnt even take my childs injury serious because she coincidentally wasn't in pain when he came to see her and then was in pain as soon as we left.... literally said oh did you bump your head sweetie? To my 5 yr old who cant explain the serious pain she had before we got there

Saved my life and I was able to see my son married (finally) and saw a lot of his friends from elementary school and onward. Wonderful time at the wedding and saw my son find a wonderful woman!

The staff is very helpful nurses are one of the best and great doctors

Nursing staffers are the absolute best
