One of the top 100 hospitals in the USA based on real, clinical results. Every hospital has issues. People have issues as well. Expect McDonalds fast food service and unfortunately, you’re not getting that anywhere unless you’re truly seriously in need. Their Cardiology, Oncology and Trauma Center is world class and that was shared with me by a Dr. not affiliated with University of Stony Brook. Be prepared to think you’re the most important and find out your not. I’m not saying your health doesn’t matter to them, not at all. Just lower your expectations and demands unless you’re a car crash victim or have gunshot wounds. If you’re in dire need, you’ll get immediate attention, I guarantee you. Shalom

It's not the front desk, they are over worked. It's no longer about quality It's about quantity.

Don’t EVER give birth here. The nurses were miserable to deal with and so rude and uncaring after I gave birth. I am truly traumatized even 3 years later after giving birth from my whole experience here. Do better midwives!!!!!! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Took weeks for an appointment. Waited over an hour for the Dr and noone was in the place. Eventually got seen by someone on the staff that was a nurse and finally after a PA, never met the Dr. Will not got back again.
