HIV clinic is terrible. Staff unprofessional, never keep appointment times, and are completely non-caring. If you value your health go somewhere else
Terrible customer service, they never return calls or follow up with patients, they send co pay bills for Non Existent visits, beware, if you have issues with them complain to the president of Stony Brook Hospital, and report to BBB
Wasted a half hour waiting, finally asked they said he’s running behind no idea when. Left the office. Terrible doctor’s office
