I went here for the first time, and registration went perfectly well. They send you paperwork ahead of your visit, I recommend filling that paperwork out so you have less to do when you get there. I had a quick diagnosis, and I was in and out of the office visit. There is plenty of parking, but the lot does fill up.

I found the staff to be very caring and professional. I was well treated from start to finish. During my short wait time I observed one of the receptionists dealing with a difficult patient. She showed great patience, compassion and was very helpful. Dr Hugh explained my procedure and took great care to see that I was comfortable throughout the experience. I highly recommend this practice.

As much as the staff and doctors are nice, the wait time is horrendous. I’ve been here 3-4 times at least and without fail, I’ve had to wait at least 40mins to an HOUR, if not longer. I’m very curious why this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. I had to leave last time and reschedule because it was over an hour wait and I still couldn’t be seen. Seems like they have only 1 doctor and they take their time with everyone. Then please just make the available appointment times appropriately. Very disappointing.

Sorry this is a bit long. If I could give zero stars I would. I was treated horrible by front dest staff and nurse. I had a previous appointment and received a voicemail that the appt. scheduler "over booked" the dr. and was "so sorry" but had to cancel my appointment. She promised to be able to reschedule an appointment asap since it was her mistake. I was very understanding , even though I was upset because I waited weeks to get an appointment. I called and she put me in for 5/ 23/25. I live at least 30 minutes away on the day of my appointment I left early, I AM ALWAYS ON TIME OR EARLYT FOR MY APPOINTMENTS. I had a total of four visits there to have a cyst removed on my forehead. I saw Dr. Jeremy Hugh. He couldn't have been better. Thought I needed a plastic surgeon, but in the end everything Dr. Hugh told me was true. He did surgery instead. From the first visit he was really knowleagable and walked me through all the steps. I've reccomended him to others already. The staff was buttoned up, kind and curteous. Wait can be a little long because everyone goes there. Parking can be tough. However. It's all worth it. Very pleased with everything about the office and Dr. Hugh.
