ignore any 1,2,3 star reviews people like to show up and expect everything to be handed to them. i’ve been a patient here for my whole life and literally i’ve had 0 issues, every visit was always perfect. gonna miss them when i grow out of the pediatric period. i literally choose to visit here still over regular primary docs.

We went to Stony Brook Pediatrics for a pre-surgery exam for my 10-year-old daughter. After waiting over an hour for a simple form to be filled out, we were shocked to find they listed her weight as 14.9 kg (about 33 pounds) that’s the weight of a toddler, not a 10-year-old. This appointment was to clear her for surgery where she’ll be put under anesthesia, and the fact that a doctor approved this form without noticing such a major mistake is extremely concerning. If something this obvious can be overlooked, it makes you question everything they do. This was the last straw. Careless, unacceptable, and absolutely not a place I’d recommend!!

If you need an annual physical for your child and do not have insurance, expect to pay around $1,000. Their billing department was dismissive and told me if i had questions to call another extension. I called and they couldn’t help me either. They told me to go to the office that they were seen in. They were equally ignorant of my bill and told me to go to billing. A big circle of people that don’t know how to do their jobs or have the knowledge to actually be able to help. I do not recommend this office.

I've taken my children there for years. But Valentina Bustos is very rude to me and my son. She shouldn't work there; she's unprofessional and has a bad temper.

Same as a lot of the other posts, wait times are awful. Overscheduled mess, 430 appointment for 2 year old checkup, called into room around 5, left sitting in room trying to keep a 2 year old busy and out of trouble for 20-30 minutes at a time. Enough evidence over 2 years in that it is not just a rough day. What is the point of an appointment time if they are never on time, or even close?
