I can’t say enough good things about this office. Scheduling was easy, and they called to confirm my appointment and check if I had any questions beforehand. They also confirmed my insurance before my visit, which I really appreciated. Jessica at the front desk was amazing—she clearly explained my costs and what my insurance covered, and even sent my medication through right away. Dr. Zhong completely put me at ease by walking me through every step of the treatment and being extremely thorough. His assistant Rachel made sure I was comfortable, explained what to expect, and went over post-op care so I knew exactly what to do. Overall, this was a great dental experience, especially for someone with anxiety about the dentist. I highly recommend this office.

I was under the care of Dr. Zhong, assisted by dental assistant Ana, and receptionist Mari. This was the second time Dr. Zhong performed root canal on me. Both times, I was impressed by how professional and efficient the team was. Pain control was excellent and I was comfortable throughout the procedure. They were especially effective explaining what was happening and what to expect in each step. I always felt assured and in good hands. Highly recommended.

I had a root canal two weeks ago and it was completely painless, not one minute of pain even when the local anesthetic wore off. The whole experience was painless. The staff is welcoming and efficient. The pre and post procedure explanations were thorough and clear. Dr Yu and Vanessa were excellent. Highly recommended.

The receptionist was very friendly and approachable. During the surgery, the doctor and nurses were extremely patient and meticulous, with gentle movements, excellent teamwork, and skillful techniques. Have been here several times for Mom and me. I LOVE this place. This last time was a root canal for my 90 year old mother. First impression , everything is clean and in its place. Made you feel very welcoming. Jessica, the Officer Manager, is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She explained everything so clearly, especially the after care. She’s definitely on top of her game. Billing is ready when procedure is done. No need to wait around. Iris, assistant to Dr. Zhong, was so warm and welcoming! Mom needed assistance with her wheelchair and Iris was right there to clear the way and made sure Mom was able to get around.
