Stonelake Family Dentistry

Came here for my first appointment today and had my first truly wonderful experience at the dentist. Staff were very kind and friendly. The Dr I was with gave me his full attention, care, and time today. I wasn’t rushed out of the door and didn’t wait for hours and hours in the waiting room. Will be recommending this office to friends and family. In simple terms they were efficient, high quality, and considerate.

I cannot say enough great things about Stonelake in Frisco. From the moment you walk in, the front desk greets you with genuine warmth and professionalism. They are always friendly, well organized, and incredibly helpful with scheduling, reminders, and clearly explaining insurance details. I was hesitant to leave a review, but thanks to my hygienist Ryan, I am confidently giving Stonelake five stars. My family and I have been coming here since our move from Florida. Back in 2020, I almost switched to a closer dentist after the hygienist we previously saw left. Ryan completely changed that for me. Because of his care, professionalism, and attention to detail, my family and I will continue our care at Stonelake. Thank you Ryan 😊

I had such a great experience at this dental office! From the start, I could tell they truly care about their patients, not just their business. They were very honest and transparent when discussing treatment plans, and I really appreciated how they took my financial needs into consideration. They explained all of the different options for financial assistance clearly, which made me feel comfortable and not pressured. I went to Dr Pak for a crown bite adjustment after a really bad experience at my prior dentist. He fixed me right up and I was able to get on right away. When I needed a second crown, it was such a pleasant experience compared to my first one. He and his entire staff, especially dental assistant Susan, were so kind and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had a pleasant experience this time. The office staff are all very competent and friendly, and I’ve never had to wait. Ryan is such a friendly hygienist and did a very thorough job, as well. I highly recommend this practice!
