Stonehaven Senior Living

I had the opportunity to visit Stonehaven and had just a great experience. The grounds were clean. The inside of the facility was very well kept up. The staff was amazing friendly and caring towards their people. I had a conversation with a lady whom lives there and she was happy with her overall care and how they have fun activities for them to do and keep them busy. I can't wait to put my mother in a home like this one.

The community here is warm, welcoming, and truly cares about the residents. It’s a comfort knowing skilled nursing is right next door if it’s ever needed. The staff are friendly, patient, and always willing to help. The atmosphere feels safe and supportive, and the building is clean and well-maintained. I’m grateful for the social worker who help reassured me to admissions when asking questions for my grandparents.

I had a wonderful time volunteering to do balloon animals at a Fourth of July event here at Stonehaven Senior Living. The atmosphere was festive and welcoming, and the residents were thoughtful and truly engaged. The staff, especially Roberto, were amazing and so kind, organized, and clearly dedicated. It was a meaningful experience, and I’d gladly return!

If I could give no stars I would. The staff is rude and neglectful. Very concerned for the patients living there and a man had died of sepsis after being there for only THREE months. The staff cover for each other and their negligence and those who don't play the game are fired or they quit. I would NEVER leave a senior, even those I hated, in this facility. Caring, attentive and empathetic are not words for this facility only the word lawsuit fits perfectly.

So many wonderful changes internally and aesthetically for Stonehaven Senior Living and exciting things are yet to come! Our Assisted Living staff gives excellent care and the residents are very happy! The Skilled Nursing side is up and going with a great dedicated and compassionate nursing team.
