I had a great first visit. The office crew got me in earlier than originally scheduled. They were friendly and had my first visit paperwork completed prior to arrival. The hygienist, Robin, was great. She did a thorough job with my cleaning and was really good with explaining each step. Dr Moore was enthusiastic, listened to my concerns and explained some details about my needs quite well. I feel confident they will address my dental care extremely well.

My family and I were patients at this practice for over five years. The staff has consistently been efficient with cleanings and follow-ups. Unfortunately, after one of the primary doctors retired two years ago, the quality of care declined significantly. Our final experience led us to leave the practice entirely. My son was diagnosed with a cavity, and Dr. Moore initially referred us to an out-of-network pediatric dentist. When I asked whether she could perform the filling herself—given that my son has successfully had fillings before with the use of nitrous oxide—she agreed and scheduled the treatment over two appointments. I drive down from NC to come see Dr. L because of his amazing patient bedside manners. I love their customer service and all the staff here, and their in office insurance is amazing. They work with any insurance or budget.
