Had the worst experience with this dentist today. Scheduled an appointment for my 15 year old son in September as a recommendation from the pediatric dentist he was seeing. The Procedure he needed to have done could only be done at an “ adult” dentist. So I called this dentist and scheduled the soonest appointment ( today) I sat in the waiting room after checking in for 40 minutes past his appointment time. Only for the dentist to come out and tell me she won’t see him because he can’t have X-rays done because the insurance won’t cover it because he just had some done in August. But nobody told me when I called and said he was being referred said I needed to get X-rays, nobody called in the last several months to tell me they would need the X-rays and the left me to sit there for over 4

Worst dentist EVER and I still haven’t been to the office or saw a dentist! After waiting 5 months for my appointment (3 days from now) they just called to reschedule for another 2 months from now. I respect all practices and their needs for the customers and that may include a wait, so I didn’t mind but every interaction I’ve had because of needing to reschedule has been SO unprofessional and handled so poorly that now I want to warn people. They need to hire a new front desk person because he has made my experience horrible. My insurance doesn’t cover a lot of offices and it’s unfortunate that this is the only local place available, I will have to go out of county when I wanted to support local. Do not waste your time! If this is how they handle admin how do they handle teeth?!

They are knowledgeable and honest. They care about their patients. Appointments can be made on short notice as well (as opposed to being booked 6 months out like some other offices)

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went here with initial worries about some decay in my upper wisdom teeth and very little was explained to me. At first the removal was denied through insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket for it, and then the day before the procedure they tell me that it had been approved through insurance so I decided to go ahead with the procedure. They removed the top wisdom tooth but then started immediately on the bottom which had no issues and I was not concerned with having removed at the time. The dentist was unable to pull the tooth out and started drilling into it which I could very much feel no matter how much they tried to numb it, and then they came to the decision to stop and temporarily fill the tooth that had been pulled on till slightly loose and

I went here for yrs, starting at the old location. Dr St Hill was great even with shakey hands. Very nice man. HOWEVER, it's his wife, Raphaela, that ruined his practice. Nasty, rude, demeaning. I left with my procedure undone, because of her, and went elsewhere. She makes rude comments, is insulting, and only cares about money. Absolutely outdated office, BTW. Still color charting (fake) teeth with index cards. IT'S 2025!!! Go to pine bush. Difference is night and day. I'm a happy camper now!
