This is my little buddy Bentley😻, a very healthy 12 year old.Last year he began to decline gradually and was not given the best prognosis from the doctors. Early this year after re- evaluating his doctor felt he might have FIP and recommended the special treatment now available for this diagnosis. From the start, Stokes Pharmacy was a lifesaver. The ordering of the 12 week course of meds went very smoothly and efficiently. After 2 weeks of meds, Bentley did a 360 degree turnaround. He is now back to his old self…playing, eating good . Showing affection and taking his medicine without complaint!. In fact he looks for it now and I am pretty sure he will miss it once we finish the full 12 week course! I paid $40 for overnight shipping for lifesaving medication for my cat to be told “oh it’s saturday. won’t be shipped until monday” I expressed he was dying and that I needed it and couldn’t wait until tuesday. Told me there was nothing to do. So we wait. In the process my sweet boy went into respiratory distress from the liquid merging to his lungs and his body went into shock. At 3am tuesday he was taken to the ER and laid to rest. The medication then got there at 10am that day. I called them in a complete breakdown explaining how he literally just died and I will send the medication back today but if I could please get a refund since it was not overnight shipping and it wasn’t disclosed to me before I purchased it. Nothing. Nothing was done. No sympathy for putting my cat down just 6 ho

I live in Florida, they are located in New Jersey, so my meds (2) must be compounded and shipped.
