If you care anything about your loved one, DO NOT send them here. There are severely understaffed & you even hear the staff complaining about it. My Dad is here & he needs help to move around. They constantly leave his call button on the floor so he can't reach it, of course! There have been days when he hasn't eaten & unless I ask, they never tell me. During the COVID resurgence, I had to request that my Dad get tested b/c I noticed that he wasn't feeling well & didn't look good. Once he was tested, they found out he was positive. He was then isolated in a dark section of the facility that really looked like a "death trap." I had to walk down this dark hall to get to him & he was placed at the last room at the end of the hall w/no TV or anything----it was awful & I did demand that

When I had to locate a place to take my mother to for comfort care this was the place that was referred. I must say that I was not able to think of myself, my attention was on taking care of my mother. The administration staff from day one all made sure I wanted for nothing. Every day I went to see her she bathed, clean, comfortable and she was always checked on by the staff. When my mother transition the staff called with grace and understanding and respect. My concern was that she would not be taken advantage of and that she was treated with respect. I hope that no one would go through death of a parent but that is not realistic. It will happen and when it does I feel this is the place to place your loved ones in the hands of people who have a heart for the elderly and a true love for pe

My mom died there! Lousy staffing and they abused her! Tied her up because she was itching . Never took her out for sunshine. Laid in bed most of the time. Would not let her up! Please do not send your loved ones here, PLEASE! Today’s her 3 years of passing 🥲. This place could have let her live longer. They abused her and let her die in this horrible place. The staff knows whom they are! PLEASE PLEASE don’t bring your loved ones here! Obudsman asked an activity worker to check on my mom, she was foaming of the mouth during her hospice stage. The staff member said that’s not my job!! This is real stuff! God Bless those who have passed here because of horrible horrible care! No empathy what so ever!

This is the worst nursing home in the world. Do not take your family member to this place. If I knew then what I know now my mother would never be there. Someone at this place inside of the business office gave out my mother's banking account information as far as how much she had in her account to my sister which they had no business doing because that was a breach of contract under the privacy act. I may not be using the right term but these people are not to be trusted!!

Resident’s are not motivated with activities, lots of theft lack of proper supplies for bed night gowns no pads . No hot water and poor circulation. Not enough lighting needs renovation. Peeping males at female residence.
