The Staff is very kind and helpful and the Lab techs make you feel good not stressed while they do your blood work. I highly recommend Sutter Gould Medical Plaza.

I've been coming here four about five years and I've never had a bad experience. Every doctor I've seen has been kind and helpful. They're like family, they remember me every time and chat with me about life. My kids' pediatrician is incredibly helpful and caring and great with all the kids. Wait times differ by time of day, so I've learned to make appointments as early in the morning as possible so I can get in and out quickly. The lab is amazing too. I had one nurse who has to have been the most gentle with blood work I've ever had; I barely felt a thing and she kept talking with me to distract me, which was so helpful. I would highly recommend this facility if you're looking for doctors who truly care for you and your family.

Minus 5 stars. For Dr Sha***** was my PC. I am not ashamed that I am a patient that takes methadone. I was treated as if I was a using addict. I’ve been clean over 22 years. I even signed a drug contract. Yes a 62 year old women. They lie, stick together. To cover his rear he said to come in and speak about it. Sure another $400.office visit. Right. Phone staff are great, polite all around. But are a great defense to get to Dr. My other Drs there have been great.

Office is very clean,the staff is extremely polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Sutter,they are 100% better then Kaiser. Me and my entire family have been coming to Sutter for the past 15 years and every doctor we have ever seen there has been very helpful and polite.

0 Stars if possible Worse than Poor healthcare experience ! , I recently went into your urgent and was met by a rude nurse who told us that she would pick the worst doctor in the place to help us , We were joking with her. She was very what I call anal . This seems to be the theme at this health care , The people you employee think they are godly or something and not there to help, We Pay for this and they exists because we are your customer, This place has forgotten this and its Seems like there just trying to get you out of there and get your money. I understand some customers don't pay and you may feel you don't owe them customer service but you do and should remember that. Low and behold we were given a doctor who must have been in his seventies , we did not feel he actually addressed
