They billed me for a full appointment when I just had to pick up insoles. They claim Since I was face to face with the doctor and he handed me the insoles that they billed correctly. They also claim to have returned my call months ago yet I have no record in my call log or voicemail they claim to have left. Super scammy office, steer clear.
