Dr. Adams at Southside Medical Center in Stockbridge is truly amazing! He’s knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to really listen. Monica, his medical assistant, was so kind and made me feel at ease. And Tiffany at the front desk? A total sweetheart! She walked me through the check-in process step by step and made everything so easy. The whole team made me feel cared for and respected. Highly recommend!

Very horrible, customer service and care they provide, they are on lunch for 2 hours patients waiting forever, doctor taking forever to bring discharge papers goes out the room to see what's going on the have a conversation on the phone that has nothing to do with my visit. I'm warning ⚠️ everyone about this place it's horrible. I would never ever come here again. Take care of your patients first play later.

Precious spoke to person on phone and she was so sweet and caring whole Chloe and Monica staff was awesome . They save my life . I was ready to throw in towel. Literally That's how good they were they changed my mind and mood . Excellent. I swear. The best.go see them

I would like to give recognition to the women at this facility, Miss precious Miss Verona, and Miss Monica, were very kind , patient and listen to my children’s needs. I love how Miss precious was very attentive and made taking their vitals Fun for them. It was not a long wait , they provided mask and sanitizer for everyone all ages and sizes and they had a little play area to occupy children while I registered them. Also, I would like to recognize when I came for my own check up. They were efficient and provided good quality care and follow up doctors notes and medicines.

Absolutely wonderful. The whole staff is very polite and efficient. There was hardly any wait. Dr Willie Adams sat with me and made sure I complete understood my diagnosis and answered any questions I had. He is very patient and straight forward. Absolutely wonderful. I will most definitely be coming back
