I’ve been bringing all three of my children to Dr.Gilraine for the past 5 years and I have to say that she has been an EXCELLENT provider! There have been long wait times here and there, but the service provided is always caring and thorough. She has always listened to my concerns and given my children the best care. Her staff, especially the front office personnel, has always treated my family with care and dignity. My oldest has aged out but I still bring my youngest two and plan to continue. Thank you Stockbridge Pediatrics for giving me peace of mind while caring for my children!

Very long wait … Dr.G bad poor bedside manners . She did not wash her hands when entering the room nor did she wear gloves. Also it was not very clean in there very dusty. Wait almost 3 hours to be rushed out once she came in. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t be going back for the safety of my child.

Where do I begin? No same day sick appointments. You have to wait in your car for your appointment. & the biggest thing..Dr Gilrane misdiagnosed my son with a dust allergy when it was ACID REFLUX! Do you know how much my child suffered because of that? She needs to retire. She obviously only wants to do the bare minimum. Go elsewhere. trust me!

My children have been patients of Dr. Gilrane since I took my oldest to her almost 10 years ago. I LOVE her and I LOVE the staff. They are wonderful and Dr. Gilrane is also wonderful and very knowledgeable. There can be a wait sometimes, but the doctor ALWAYS takes her time with the children, she never rushes. They are also very understanding and accommodating with their patients. My nephew and a friend of the family’s children are also patients of hers.

I've been coming to Dr. Gilrane since my son was born in 2021. I always had to check-in on my phone once I arrived in the parking lot of the building. Then, I would receive a call about an hour later to tell me that I can come inside. Today, I arrived there, checked-in, and waited for them to call me, like I have before. I knew it would take a while for them to call me. After waiting for an hour, I called the office and Kerri (not sure how to spell her name) picked up the phone. I ask if she had received my check-in. She asked for whom, and I told her my son's name. She didn't answer my question, but told me that I can come inside. This time the door was unlocked so I didn't have to knock.
