What a wonderful experience! Yesterday I went to dentist because I had broken a tooth that was already in bad shape. The dentist along with his vey caring team gave me the best dental experience I’ve ever had. The desk clerk was vey professional and helpful to me locating my insurance. Not once did she make me feel like I was bothering her or taking to long to locate the correct plan. His 1st assist was soft spoken and delicate. She told me everything she planned to do before she started. The Doctor was very encouraging when it came to most beneficial outcome to my care. He gave me a plan that made me smile. Great experience! I needed to book a same day appointment and was able to schedule that easily over the phone. My appointment started on time, and was really fast. They took the pictures, and then I was able to speak to the dentist about next steps. I was hoping to schedule my procedure with them, but with some schedule constraints on my end it looked like it wasn't going to work. The young lady at the desk offered to call over to the other location to check their availability and got in in over there! Quick, easy, and I appreciated the offered solution.

I have always had a major fear of the dentist but let me tell you I had none of that here at stockbridge dental smiles. The staff is so warm friendly and inviting. The dentist was amazing. He was nice and explained everything before during and afterwards so I felt so comfortable that I truly look forward to coming back to have more dental work done. I can't truly put in words how comfortable that whole office made me feel. I wasn't rushed and could take breaks if needed when my anxiety got the better of me. I felt ashamed for not taking better care of my teeth but the team there kept saying how glad they were for me even showing up. They gave me a full breakdown of what I needed what insurance would pay and what I had to pay from most important to what I could put off for a little. 10 out

The entire staff from the reception, dental hygienist, and dentist were all very friendly and welcoming. The dental care was also great and they did a wonderful job. Additionally, I was not waiting long after I arrived which I really appreciate. Good time management is a very important aspect for me in my care facilities.

This is a very nice office, and when I say office I'm including the awesome people who work here. I needed a root canal, and even with great insurance, most places still tried to overcharge me. This office was super reasonable, and service was top notch. I was very comfortable, and though a root canal is not the most comfortable experience, they took care of me and I was able to relax right on through it. By the time I knew anything it was over. I'm going back soon for my crown which was also very easy on my pocket. I 100% recommend this office for all of your dental needs. I was originally referred here, but I'm not going back to someone else. This is my dentist now.
