Stine's Pharmacy

I'd leave zero stars if it were possible!! Stay far, far away from this "hometown" pharmacy. They care not one iota for their customers; his pride is more important then knocking and making a delivery! Background info; Im.a disabled senior w fibromyalgia and have a SPC injury. When I have flares I get incredible brain fog. I communicated this to him numerous times. Two days ago, I called looking for my scripts because they were supposed to be delivered. All afternoon I waited. At 4pm I call him. Where's my scripts? Him: Oh he said, it doesn't haver refills. Me: And, did you fax my pcp? Him: Yes. Me: Then why didn't you call me to let me know there'd be no deliveries? I'm sitting here waiting. Him: *crickets* After a few seconds, it doesn't have refills, so. In others words, TS. This

Stine's Pharmacy is a small family owned business with a pharmacy and 5&10 style store located inside. The customer service is always friendly and fast, with the pharmacy technicians and pharmacists always helping as efficiently as possible. In the 24 years I have been going to this pharmacy, they have been nothing but helpful and have gone above and beyond other pharmacies in order to help me get my medications. The level of service and care I've received at Stine's far surpasses any service you will get at a chain or through mail order. In addition to fantastic service, Stine's is always decorated nicely. The ledge above the store shelving is always decorated with antiques or for the holidays and the windows in the front of the store are always custom decorated for each holiday. Stine

Just what I want in a pharmacy. Quick service and service with a smile. They've been very personable and honest. Very mom and Pop type atmosphere.

Sad farewell to a "Ma & Pa" shop. This cozy little pharmacy unfortunately has a very bad mannered, discourteous, horrid pharmacist. This small quaint shop has very little space so when there is more than 2 people in there it feels confined. With that being said, when 6 people are in there you can imagine how it may feel. So, when the pharmacist comes down with his hand on his hip, waving a paper around speaking very loudly about insurance, medication by name, patients name and totally oblivious of any thing related to HIPPA..... makes you second guess why you are even a patron of the establishment. Love this place! So much better than the big box pharmacies. Awesome staff and they are always so courteous! Highly recommend!!
