Was scheduled out two weeks. Was excited bc Lindsey seemed nice and listened and gave me more info than anyone else had at a visit. Had me start Dexcom but didn’t give sharing information or set it up at first visit. Came back for appointment 2 wks later, had to take off work 2 hrs bc live in northern Oklahoma to make the appointment but then couldn’t be seen bc the app wasn’t sharing information with their clinic. So now have me scheduled out another month. Which I will have to take off work again to make the appointment. Makes no sense, have me screenshot the data and email it to you or something instead of wasting time, missing out on money at work on top of driving an hour there and an hour back home. Went to this place three times since I have hyperthyroidism. The times I went the doctors were cold towards me and made my symptoms feel like it’s not a big deal. Maybe there for max 10 minutes each appointment. Even saying “why are you seeing us if you have a primary doctor?” Also both times I went I saw a different doctor which was annoying. I saw doctor Kipgen first who was very cold and just seemed to rush everything. Then I saw Dr. Rodabaugh who was somewhat nicer but again just dismissed my symptoms saying everything was normal. Felt like they were rushing each time. I like to see just one doctor so we know where we left off and it’s more comfortable for me. All I went to them was for understanding why I was still having some symptoms even though it was managed. Very disappointing.

I have been a patient of Dr Kipgen for almost a year and have been very pleased with her professionalism. She listens and spends quality time reviewing your diagnoses and treatment plan. Her staff is always quick to call me with lab results and/or questions I may have.

Dr Kipgen and her staff are terrific. They take time to visit with you. I feel Dr and her staff saved my life. My A1C’s have stayed below 7 for almost 2 years now, where before it was 10.

Saw Dr. Kipgen, who was very personable, about my thyroid--fatigue, sleeping problems. Eddie, the MA, explained nicely prior to seeing the doctor. Donna, on the way out to set up another appointment...she is absolutely as much of a delight in person as on the phone with her in frequent conversations prior to my actual appointment. This type of person needs to be on the other end of the line in every doctor's office!
