She shares a profound wealth of knowledge with people from all walks of life, delivering it in a poetic, engaging, and accessible way. Her online and in-person classes feel like dessert for the body and nervous system. I feel incredibly grateful to have someone of her caliber so close to home and to experience the gift of her wisdom and presence.
What can I say? Fantastic experience with a knowledgeable, intuitive and compassionate instructor. Her classes in the yurt are a unique experience and well worth the drive time that it takes to get there. If you haven’t experienced myofascial release, look into it!
