Shelby is fantastic at what she does. You can tell she’s passionate and knowledgeable when talking to her about the body and ways to work with it. Her space is cozy and inviting. The Thai foot massage put me in the best kind of trance because I was so relaxed. I recommend a Thai massage on the mat to anyone that is feeling weighed down or achy - you will leave feeling lighter and limber than you can remember!

I’ve been going to Shelby for over 2 years and I can’t believe I’m just now writing this review. Shelby is by far the best massage therapist I have ever gone to. She has mighty hands that ease away every ounce of tension your body stores. 100/10 recommend!

Shelby is the best massage therapist I have ever been too hands down. I have such a hard time turning my mind off, but every time I’m on her table, I’m able to fully relax and turn off my brain and stay feeling relaxed even afterwards. Highly highly recommend!

Shelby is an extremely talented and a thoughtful massage therapist. Her Thai massage is highly recommended. I never had one until she introduced me to them and they are the best type of massage and the only type of massage that I pretty much get now. She’s constantly checking to make sure her pressure is OK and that you are comfortable. I can’t recommend her enough and I can’t wait to book another one with her very soon in the future!!
