Stewart's Pharmacy

I used Stewart's for the first time yesterday, and I am extremely pleased. First of all, I was in need of a formulated medicine, but it would not be ready until four days later. The pleasant lady asked me to hold on for a moment, and she came back to me saying that there was someone available to create what I needed. It was ready in roughly an hour. Then, once I made it to the store, the three ladies were very pleasant and greeted me as soon as I entered. It is a very clean and well organized environment.

Very disappointed with the recent customer service. Each time I call in to refill my prescription, I'm told I’ll be notified when it’s ready — but that rarely happens. Despite being a long-time customer, I’ve only received a notification a couple of times. More often than not, I arrive expecting my prescription to be ready, only to be told it’s either not ready or not in stock. I'm then informed it needs to be ordered, which is incredibly frustrating. Communication has become increasingly poor, and it’s clear something has changed internally — unfortunately, not for the better.

Just okay. The Lady at the front counter is friendly. The girl in the back office that answers the phone is rude. This is a compound pharmacy.(They can make certain medications) The mixture is always uneven. Some parts of a batch of my wife's medicine are strong while others are weak. Probably the reason why most medications are pre-made by robots in a giant lab. If they tell you it will be ready today, they mean next week unless you show up at the pharmacy. If they say they will call you back. That means you need to call them.

I and my son both .have recently Decided to select Stewart's pharmacy. And emmidately. We were greeted with the upmost friendly smile and professionalism. Attitudes .From the staff . The service was impeccable 👌 👏 and They made our transfer from .our prior pharmacy .hassle free and convenient. AND they really took the time to address any questions or concerns about our prescriptions .And I absolutely love that .we can email them directly for updates on our medications .or to answer any questions or concerns that we might have .and when you walk through the doors of Stewart's. You will feel like you are at home. Right away .if you or anyone is looking for a pharmacy .that truly cares about the patients needs and comfort with compass

Very satisfied. Staff are very fast and helpful. Home town feel.
