Steward Medical Group Family

This place totally sucks. I liked my doc but the account management is inept at best. My last visit over 4 YEARS ago was informed I had a credit and didn’t need copay. I moved out of state. They turned my $20 copay in to a collection agency! Had to jump through hoops to get my records because someone had my birth date wrong. 1200 miles isn’t far enough away from these bozos

Steward Medical Group is awful. My Doctor's office was great until he joined Steward. Not the doctor's or staff's fault. Steward is unwilling to commit the resources to service the patient load. You can never get through to a human. I've called 6 times in a row, on several different dates. The phone rings 12 times then is disconnected. You can't leave a message. I went to an appointment I made two month ahead of time. The appointment vanished and I had to reschedule 6 weeks later. You can't contact your doctor or get a message to him. You can't get prescription refills. My PCP is now the Emergency Room. Steward Medical bit off more than they can chew and the patients suffer for it. Someone should be held accountable before it kills some body. Yes, it's really that bad.

First they didn’t book an appointment with a doctor when requested; then they said they tried to call me, which they didn’t because I did not get missed calls on my phone; they said a man picked up but I’m the only one with access to my phone. Then a week before my appointment and ultrasound, steward said they cannot provide services to me and cancelled everything. I booked another appointment with another medical group but I only got another appointment two months away; I’m flabbergasted.

The staff is impossible to deal with, sometimes they don't even answer the phone. The doctors simply refer you to others. Upon reading the other reviews I am tempted to agree, this office sounds like healthcare fraud.

This place should be shut down for impersonating a doctor's office. There are so many things wrong that I would be on here all day writing, just don't go there, it's the best advice I can give you. They should be investigated for healthcare fraud.
