Steven Williams, MD - Boise General Surgeon

I was having gallbladder issues for the past nine months. I was struggling with right lower quadrant, pain, diarrhea, constipation, bloating, gassiness and just overall not feeling well. I ended up having about three attacks in the course of the nine months before I got my gallbladder out. I wasn’t sure if I needed the surgery or not, I ultimately came to the decision to have the surgery when I met with Dr. Williams, he provides phenomenal and informative care. I recovered very quickly from my surgery and was ready to go back to work in about two weeks. The pain was minimal, and can be managed with Tylenol and ibuprofen. I chose him because of how highly he’s recommended for both his patient relationships and his surgical results - and he completely lived up to it. From the start, Dr. Williams was personable, attentive, and made sure I understood everything about the procedure. He also gave me amazing tips on how to care for my incisions afterward, and because of that, my scars look incredible - barely noticeable and healing beautifully. His whole team is just as wonderful.
