Steven W Shute OD

Dr Shute has been a good friend for 40 plus years. He is the best at his trade and very proficient. We will miss him as he retires this year but are happy for him and his family. Thanks Steven !

My husband has been seeing Dr Shute for many years and has been very pleased with the Dr. I however have made 5 phone calls to make an appointment for my husband. I have left 5 messages at the office over the past 3 weeks to no avail. Does anyone know how to reach a real person to schedule an appointment with?

Dr Shute is the utmost professional. He spends time with me discussing all my eye issues and is warm and caring. I’m going to miss him when he retires in December.

Okay. I may be a bit crazy, but I get almost as excited about going to the eye doctor as I do Disneyland (almost...). I usually get nervous about going to the doctor ... any doctor (including the eye doctor) but I love coming here. The office staff is friendly and it feels like family. Dr. Shute is very thorough and with the use of eyemap, we (my husband and I) learn lots of cool stuff! :)

Office visits with Dr. Shute is always a wonderful experience. He is thorough, very informative and has the Best sense of humor!
