Had an endoscopy and colonoscopy performed by Dr Gronowitz at his surgical center in Clifton NJ. His team is phenomenal. From the minute I walked in until after it was over, the care and attention provided by his team at this location was, by far, the best!!! Bernadette, Yung, Alina, 2nd nurse (can’t recall his name) and the anesthesiologist were friendly, supportive, informative and knowledgeable. Also you can tell that the team is very collaborative and enjoy working together. Thank you!!!

If I could give this office negative stars I would! First, the office is very difficult to reach by phone, they never answer calls and it forces you to leave a voicemail and wait days for a call back! I have to go out of my way (I live about 25min away) to physically walk-in to the office to schedule my appointments or if I need any info, now. I went for a follow up this past week and the rudeness of the staff was on another level this day. I over heard very loud workers talking about their sexual lives with lots of screaming and carrying on. The girl at the front desk looked mortified and uncomfortable just sitting there. Then after about a 15 minute wait (not bad considering) I get called to go in the office. As I am being weighed, there is 2 children screaming and running around the off

The staff in this office is its biggest downfall. I’ve been here several times, and each visit has been the same—the staff argues with each other and gossips about one another in front of patients, which is extremely unprofessional. I’m currently looking for a new doctor because I’m certain my liver test was not done correctly. The two women performing the test couldn’t even locate my liver, and although the instructions said to hold my breath, they never told me to do so. They were too busy gossiping with each other instead of focusing on their work. I don’t know who supervises them, but they are far too old to be behaving this way

I have been coming here for several years, Dr. Gronowitz and his staff are very professional and personable. There are no long wait times, and I truly feel valued and cared for. The team really takes their time to get to know me as an individual, and always willing to make scheduling adjustments when available when I have a flare up or scheduling conflict. Dr. Gronowitz, is also very knowledgeable and blunt about the effectiveness of medications and making adjustments. I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a gastroenterologist.

I can't say enough about this Dr. My mom has been seeing him for almost 2 years and it's absolutely beyond happy with her care. He makes you feel like your his only patient and gives you his undivided attention. He takes the time to go over every aspect of the care plan and patiently answers all her questions. The visits are thorough and inclusive. I recommend him💯. I'm lucky to have found him to treat my mom's liver disease. He is the ONLY Dr. That my mom has expressed that she trusts... That's huge coming from a woman who is so old school that she did not believe in Dr's, specially one that she would trust, respect and follow advice from. My family is grateful for all that his done and continues to do for my mom. 🙏🙏
